An innovative programme to “challenge the role” business plays in everyday life will take place at the International Festival for Business 2016 (IFB2016).
Blue Skies sessions have been designed to open up debates on a range of subjects such as the business of science and smart cities. They will run throughout the three-week festival in Liverpool, which starts on 13 June 2016.
Festival director Ian McCarthy (pictured) said: “Blue Skies is inspirational, challenging, prophetic and free. It is open to interested members of the public and to our diverse, international business delegates.
“The programme is all about challenging the role of business in society and debating how we can all come together to shape its impact on culture, the environment and the way we all live. It is a genuinely exciting programme that will truly bring IFB2016 to life.”
Blue Skies speakers will include industry experts from business, banking, automotive, manufacturing, and economics.
